Our business section is planning to run a story tomorrow about how regional foods have become a big Internet business. What I mean is, say you grew up in Texas, like I did. You can’t get Bluebell Ice Cream up here. Or tamales from the Dallas Tortilla Factory. But you can order it online!

So my question is — are there any regional foods in the Lower Hudson Valley that warrant such cravings? I know people adore the mustard at Walter’s Hot Dogs, and you can order it online (www.waltershotdogs.com).

Anything else?
