Scott & Michael invite you out for an evening of culinary instruction featuring today’smost commonly used kitchen cutlery: the Paring Knife, Boning Knife, Serrated Bread Knife, Slicing Knife, Chef’s Knife, Come-Apart Kitchen Shears, and today’s most popular knife, the Santoku Knife. Scott Staib, President and Designer of Ergo Chef Knives, Danbury, CT, graduated from Johnson & Wales University, worked in the culinary field for several years using conventional chef knives, but experienced some hand pain and became dissatisfied with the feel of current knives available. Porter and the Staff from Kitch n Kaffe Saturday, June 23rd (6:00pm-8:00pm) $25.00/person Drop off your children (Ages 4-10) at Kitch n’ Kaffe, where John Porter and his Staff will work with your children to prepare healthy and fun-to-make dishes. Tonights Menu will include: Fresh Lemonade, Homemade Macaroni & Cheese, Ham and Cheese Quesadillas, & Fruit & Chocolate Fondue. John Porter and his Staff have taught 18 different Kid’s Cooking Classes and have great patience. Their goal is to assure that each child has a fun time and takes home new ideas to use at home.
