I’ve seen more olive oil, flavored salt and fancy chocolate than I ever care to again in my life. But there are plenty of other cool things to be found here at the Fancy Food Show, including a few people with Hudson Valley connections.

That’s Anna Shea of Anna Shea Chocolates in Tarrytown. She’s marketing a new line of holiday packaging.

As my friend said, “Who wouldn’t want to get that for Valentine’s Day?”

And there’s also Easter packaging … one line looks just like little blue robin’s eggs.
