We’re working on our next Food Finds feature — this one is of Cold Spring. Barring any breaking food news, it will be coming out on Aug. 22. This time, the graphics and online department have been working on getting the map and the video and the story to be all on one page, instead of as popups. I asked if I could see a version of what it would look like. They said sure, if you bring me some food.

They didn’t think I’d do it. But: tomatoes — purple cherokee and green zebra — and basil from my garden and mozzarella from the farmers market. Not bad!
