There’s a craiglist ad out this weekend, where chef Andy Nusser of Casa Mono is looking for chefs to work in a restaurant in the Westchester/Greenwich area.
I don’t know any more than this, but I wanted to get it out there:
“Seeking all Kitchen Positions
Upcoming Italian Restaurant in Westchester/Greenwich Area.
Enjoy working with Joe Bastianich, Mario Batali and Andy Nusser.
Must have Culinary Education and Experience. ”
I’ve got some calls and e-mails out, so I’ll get back with more information as soon as I’ve hear.
