New Pizzeria in Croton Falls

May
6

Michael Giannone opened Bella Ella’s Pizzeria in Croton Falls last week. He named it after him mom.

He opened April 30 and has been “crankin’ out pizzas.”

He’s been cooking since he was a little kid, and had the idea to open the restaurant with his mom, who died 10 years ago. He’s been working on permits for two years and construction for four months.

Just in time for Mother’s Day, he opened the place, which serves very thin crust pizza — one with fresh grilled onion and tomato, anothera meat lover’s with fresh meatballs made daily.

“The townspeople are raving about it,” he says. “I flled a need for them. “
