I have been to AJ's and thought you should know that the Sliders are AWESOME. I can't praise them enough. This place is a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Not related to this location, but two new "soon to be open" in Northern Westchester:

First, Salsa, whose sign claims it is a Latin Restaurant (figures) on Hill Blvd in Jefferson Valley (Yorktown). It's a small store, last occupied by a nice bakery I never bought anything from.

Second, Franks Famous Franks ("established 2008") in Baldwin Place (Somers) on Route 6 near the Putnam border where the Tiki place used to be (never ate there, either).

I've been looking for Alan Cohen even since he left the Wedge Inn in 1995! My wife and I were big fans or his. Alan once gave us a backstage tour at the Wedge Inn and afterwards he gave us official red Wedge Inn T-Shirts that we still have to this day. We learned of him on the old "Restaurant Row" show hosted by "Earl Ziff" on Cablevision's public access channel in 1994 where Alan used to do kitchen demos and commercials for the Wedge. What a nice guy and great cook -- I could go on for days about those large pan servings at the Wedge! Good luck and cheers, Alan!
