I’ve got the goods on the new drink at BHSB: Lovage Martini. That’s lov-AGE to you, darlink.

Recipe after the jump.
Lovage Martini
2 ounce gin ( Tanqueray 10 )
3 ounces celery juice (fresh ran through a juicer)
1 ounce apple juice (fresh ran through a juicer
1 young lovage leaf
Shake the gin and the lovage together to release the flavor of the lovage without getting the bitterness.
Add apple and celery juices.
Serve in a martini glass with fresh edible flowers and lovage leaves.
