New Steakhouse: Marc Charles in Armonk

Marc Mazzarulli, who owns Opus 465 in Armonk, is opening Marc Charles Steakhouse in the La Quinta in the Westchester Business Park in Armonk.
The lounge opened last Monday, serving a casual bar menu of sandwiches and salads, manager Missy Mulvey told me. There’s still some construction in the main dining room, so that will open in about a month. Check out these photos from Diane Hoppmann, the artist and designer of the restaurant.
The menu will be traditional steakhouse, with different cuts of beef and a la carte sides. There will also be seafood and chops, like pork and lamb. Diners can also customize their steaks with rubs and spices or herbed butters and cheeses.
