Food Finds in the Lower Hudson Valley

Fall Preview: Sea-Breeze One

September
4

The redesigned Sea-Breeze One replaces the former Dockside in New Rochelle. Chef Michael Cam opened about three months ago and plays off the water views with a contemporary seafood menu of poached shrimp, tilapia and raw bar, served in a setting of blue and green with nautical décor. “It’s a mixed crowd,” he says. “ Families earlier in the evening.” The bar crowd comes later, especially when the outside tiki bar is open on weekends. 290 Drake Ave., New Rochelle 914-740-7466.  — Judith Hausman
