Armonk native Marc Mazzarulli (Opus 465, Wild West Barbecue and two catering companies) opened Marc Charles Steakhouse in La Quinta Hotel last month. “We needed a good steakhouse in the area,†says Mazzarulli. His 42-ounce porterhouse, bone-in rib eye and New York strip can be customized with add-ons (lobster, King crab legs, scampi), accents (sauces, cheese, compound butters), and rubs, as well as many steakhouse sides.
