Food Finds in the Lower Hudson Valley

We’re Looking at Mid-July For Haiku in White Plains

June
18

Just got off the phone with Michael Lee, one of the owners of the Haiku restaurants. He says he’s hoping to open the new White Plains location in mid July.

The outside is looking close, but Michael says he still has some work to do inside. He also told me he’s holding off on renovating the basement of the restaurant. Depending on the business, he may create a party space, or he may turn the space into a Japanese tatami room.

He also says the White Plains location will have a separate lounge.

In other news, he’s also added a back deck with 8 tables to the Haiku Mamaroneck location.

Check back for updates.
